Position Summary:
Incumbent, under moderate supervision, is responsible for performing financial analysis on Mobile service operations.
Will interface with internal teams to track and compile operational information to perform variance analysis and monthly/annual financial forecasting.
Will support monthly CO Closing, monitoring project budget, and monthly profit and loss report creation. Will develop financial reports and provide key insights to help the management team to make appropriate business decision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:
• Responsible for monitoring repair cost, OH expense for Mobile service operation to support management activity
• Track multiple financial project results by utilizing various systems, methods and tools
• Monitor and validate warranty claim data and processes to ensure compliance with the company policy
• Correct and elaborate the warranty system by working with the system team
• Support in implementing, modifying, updating, and maintaining current system repair billing logic based on customer’s requirement
• Analyze/update service parts sales pricing model and make recommendations to upper management
• Reconcile deposit, discount, and chargeback from the direct service center
• Ad-hoc management work follow-up requires
Background/Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:
• Bachelors Degree, from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience in the telecommunications industry
• Should have a minimum of 1~3 years experience in Service operation financials area
• Must have an understanding of financial modeling/analysis, warranty process, AR/AP reconciliation and accounting treatment
• Previous experience with CO closing, budget monitoring

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects.
• Read and interpret detailed and complex requirements.
