Position Mission: Assist the Senior Financial Analyst in monitoring the financial performance of our companies, providing financial data and analysis in support of both the Senior Financial Analyst as well as various managers and/or executives, depending upon the circumstances. Compiles restaurant operation & financial data from various systems and analyzes the financial performance of the operating entities. The Financial Analyst will provide financial and operational reports to the Senior Financial Analyst and CFO as well as key Financial, Operations, and Executive Leadership used in making financial, operational, and executive management decisions. Accuracy and timeliness is paramount in any work completed, as is the determination of most appropriate format that will convey information to a diverse audience.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Become highly conversant in a broad variety of applicable software applications, such as spreadsheets, business intelligence systems, brand sites and the Company's financial reporting system to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
- Support the Senior Financial Analyst in compiling the needed data for various analyses prepared with the Senior Financial Analyst.
- Analyze and deliver the Weekly Operation Metrics and Reports.
- Track and gather the relevant data impacting the period field bonus amounts, recognizing that speed and accuracy are very important to the program's success.
Compile and assist in analyzing period financial statements.
- Assist the Senior Financial Analyst in interpreting financial transactions and identify variances for economic or business decisions; assist in identifying market specific qualitative and quantitative data research and analysis reflecting the impact on the company.
Maintain and distribute various operational reports, including customer feedback, speed, scorecard, outlier, and schedule reports.
- Protect organization by maintaining the confidentiality around all sensitive information.
- Support operations system administration (restaurant alignment, pricing, hours of operation, etc.).
- Provide primary financial support for the development of the Annual Operating Plan.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to easily capture analyses in spreadsheets.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and the ability to manipulate and present large data sets in digestible formats.
- Demonstrates ability to complete a project and meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and focus on accuracy.
- Demonstrates initiative and flexibility to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong resolve in the face of resistance or obstacles.

Education/Training/Experience:
1-3 years work experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
Excellent computer skills.
Experience with financial reporting and business intelligence systems preferred.
Experience working in a multi-unit environment preferred.
Pay rate - $60k-$70k/annually
