About the Job
We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to expand your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. Compensation:$100,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
- Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
- Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
- Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
- Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
- Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma
- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Should have working knowledge of a CRM
- Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
- Bilingual preferred
- Great working attitude, disciplined, and willing to work hard
