**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and grow your existing book of business, developing strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Provide tailored financial planning and investment strategies to clients based on their individual situations.
- Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to offer clients the best possible advice.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and offer proactive adjustments to meet clients’ evolving financial objectives.
- Collaborate with our team of experts to ensure clients receive comprehensive financial solutions.
- Network and engage in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's reach.
- Ensure all financial advice and activities are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a financial advisor or in a related role.
- A book of business with at least $25M - $30M
- Minimum annual GDC of $300K in AUM
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in financial planning software and tools.
