Highly successful State Farm agent located in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Financial Advisor responsible for the marketing, sale and service of financial products that meet the needs of clients. We are seeking energetic, motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are afforded the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the people in their community.
Experienced Advisor can expect to make $58k+ with no cap on commissions! While a Financial Services background is helpful all types can be and have been successful in this role! About This Role:
The Financial Advisor position is to be responsible for educating clients on the products and services available to help them best utilize their available funds and achieve important monetary goals. This professional’s job duties include:
- Meeting individually with clients to determine their financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses, and assets
- Offering strategic advice on products and services, such as investments, insurance coverage and debt management tools
- Moving money from accounts per industry and federal regulations
- Performing market research to stay current with financial trends
- Preparing financial documents, such as income projections and investment reports
- Maintaining compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry
- Identifying and pursuing potential clients to maintain a strong client base

Requirements:
- Life and Health insurance license (must have or be able to obtain)
- Series 6, 63, 65 or ChFC preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Knowledge of financial services products
- Working hours based on client needs, including weekends and evenings, if necessary
