The Role
As a Financial Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our lead advisor and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting client financial analyses
- Rebalancing accounts and executing trades
- Maintaining investment models and conducting investment research
- Troubleshooting performance reporting issues
- Creating performance reports
- Generating client reports and proposals
- Handling paperwork related to private placements, investments, and qualified accounts
- Addressing general account administration questions
- Assisting in creating and preparing client marketing materials
- Staying up to date with market trends and their impacts on clients
You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day client account requests and contribute significantly to the comprehensive financial services we provide.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts
- Familiarity with financial planning software and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Active Series 7 license with a 66 or 63 (or an active 65) required
- Life insurance license required
- CFP or working towards CFP required
- 3+ years of experience as a client facing Financial Advisor
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
- Demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile when needed
