Our firm is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial advisors, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization. This is a permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with our team of seasoned professionals in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong client servicing and client meeting skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive support to our team of financial advisors, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
2. Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial plans and reports for clients, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
4. Attend client meetings alongside financial advisors, taking detailed notes and contributing to discussions as necessary.
5. Handle client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to financial advisors when necessary.
6. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our firm remains compliant and competitive.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry.
2. Proven experience in client servicing and client meetings, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
6. A degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
7. Knowledge of financial planning software and CRM systems is a plus.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and a problem-solving attitude.
9. High level of professionalism and integrity, adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics.
