Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide insights for budget creation and teacher negotiations.
- Track and maintain records of fixed assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with district policies.
- Support the CFO in preparing state reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Excel & Data Manipulation:
- Utilize intermediate-level Excel skills to manage and manipulate data, including creating spreadsheets, performing data analysis, and generating reports.
- Develop and maintain financial databases
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between the CFO and other departments
- Demonstrate flexibility in managing changing priorities and deadlines.
- Maintain a personable and professional demeanor in all interactions
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the CFO
- Assist in special projects as assigned by the CFO, including research and data gathering.
- 2+ of experience in an administrative or finance-related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required).
- Comfort with data manipulation and financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
