•Support the Finance team in the production the month end financial reporting requirements
•Provide accurate and timely analysis of the payment validation audit for the client
•Reconcile both main and claimant bank accounts
•Ensure the balance sheet is accurate and reconciled
•Carry out a range of administrative and support activities
•Maintain financial information on SAP Business By Design
•Month end close, participate in close process, calculations, journals and analysis
•Complete the cash management postings and reconcile the main bank account
•Complete credit card postings and reconciliation, maximising billable costs
•Complete balance sheet reconciliations for credit card and payroll related deductions
•Liaise with the client to identify and resolve validation audit queries
•Support the external financial close/statement audit
•Support the internal Sarbanes Oxley audit
•Complete claimant expense payments, postings and reconcile the claimant expense bank account
•Follow up and investigate queries
•Ensure all documents and records are kept in an orderly and logical manner
•Any ad-hoc finance or clerical duties as instructed by the management team
Salary Range
Non London: £25,000 - £30,000
London: £27,000 - £32,000
This is a hybrid role, therefore 2 days in the office on a weekly basis in Lewes.
•MS packages, Excel, Outlook & Word (Intermediate level)
•Experience of accounting packages (ideally SAP ByDesign)
