Responsibilities of Financial Accounting Analyst:

• Working with the CFO to develop and maintain timely and relevant financial reporting to all stakeholders
• Coordinate portions of the monthly/quarterly close process, provide operational variance analysis, through to financial statement preparation and reporting
• Work with external auditors; coordinating the annual audit
• Research technical accounting issues to ensure GAAP compliant reporting
• Work with all stakeholders to develop, maintain, and improve accounting internal controls, policies and procedures
• Assist with tax compliance and work with tax advisors on annual returns
• Maintain Cash Flow Forecast – monitor and improve the collections cycle of each business unit.
• Identify risk areas and follow-up with relevant stakeholders
• Provide operational support and guidance to digital billing team ensuring reporting is in adherence to GAAP
• Assist in design and maintenance of digital reporting dashboard
  
  

Preferred Experience of Financial Accounting Analyst:

• Audit experience – minimum 2 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with all levels
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving; ability to research problems and drive resolutions
• Strong business acumen with ability to proactively recognize potential issues
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and desire to collaborate as appropriate
