Key Responsibilities of the Financial/Accounting Analyst:

• Collaborate with the CFO to deliver timely and relevant financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Support monthly/quarterly close processes, including operational variance analysis and financial statement preparation.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth annual audit process.
• Research and address technical accounting issues to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Develop and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures across the organization.
• Assist with tax compliance and partner with tax advisors on annual returns.
• Maintain and improve the cash flow forecast while monitoring and enhancing collections cycles.
• Provide operational support to the digital billing team, ensuring reporting adheres to GAAP standards.
• Assist in designing and maintaining a digital reporting dashboard for enhanced operational insights.

Qualifications of the Financial/Accounting Analyst:

• Minimum of 2 years of audit experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
