About the Position:

Skin Clique is looking for an organized, ambitious, and detail-oriented Finance Support Coordinator to perform a variety of bookkeeping, administrative, and customer-service type tasks. You will be joining a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency within the company’s daily operations. The Finance Support Coordinator's responsibilities include accurate day-to-day recording of assigned financial transactions and reconciling various accounts. Ultimately, you will help to ensure the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and efficiently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all daily communication & support for contractors and patients to resolve or discuss accounts’ status, charges, or discrepancies.
• Review, adjust and report on sales, discounts and inventory.
• Review & reconcile weekly payments.
• Maintaining contractor analytics.
• Participate in monthly physical inventory process.
• Assist with contractor procurement enrollment process.
• Assist with data entry and payables processing.
• Assist with annual budget planning.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to self-motivate and take initiative without constant supervision.
• Adaptable, able to quickly adjust to new technologies, processes and work situations as needed.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software. Proven ability to quickly master web-based programs or applications; Sage Intacct, Zenoti EMR, Workday HRIS, Shopify, Ramp, Cherry, Microsoft 365.
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to maintain productivity in a remote setting.
• Strong research skills, the capability to think “outside the box”.
• The ideal candidate will be able to work comfortably with numbers and maintain a pride in their attention to detail.
• Healthcare finance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Empathetic, compassionate and energetic demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and research skills with the ability to convey complex information to a non-financial audience.
