Job Description: Meta is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit team to lead assurance audits across Meta s FinTech (payments) organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience evaluating risks and controls for payment products.The candidate will need to exhibit strong technical, project management, and communication skills necessary to navigate a complex environment and cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls for key processes. Build subject matter expertise in industry areas and stay up-to-date on new regulatory and industry developments.
Promote automation in completion of audit testing and innovate new ways of executing projects to drive continuous improvements in the delivery of internal audits
Critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in end-to-end project management, risk assessment, systems evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects/initiatives. Problem solving skills that demonstrate critical thinking and outside-the-box approach to reach a solution.
