As a Finance & Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functions of our organizations day to day operations including data entry, management and data analytics using Excel along with other tools and systems such as, Teams, Hubspot, Amazon Partner Network (APN), and ClickUp. You will support multiple departments within the company including sales, operations, and finance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual that enjoys working with data, has excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Essential Functions
- Extracting data from large Excel files, sorting and reconciling according to business needs for AWS billing
- Extracting data from large Excel files, sorting and reconciling according to business needs for professional services billing (time tracking)
- Assist in data entry, data validation, and data cleansing activities in the customer relationship management platforms (Hubspot & APN) and the project management platform (ClickUp)
- Supporting the sales, operational, and financial function of the business
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents required by management
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Organize company events, such as team-building activities, employee appreciation events, and holiday parties.
- Support and manage AR/AP in Bill.com & QBO
- Developing and documenting business processes
