Hours and Benefits for the Finance Manager:
- On-site Monday-Friday
- $70,000 - $75,000
- 3 weeks Paid Time Off, plus 13 paid Holidays
- IRA with employer match (3%), Medical, Dental and Vision insurance
Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:
- Financial Oversight and Reporting:
- Manage all financial recording and reporting, including budgeting and updates to the Board. Prepare and present reports, conduct budgeting workshops, and handle tax forms and audits.
- Transaction and Asset Management:
- Monitor daily financial transactions, ensure timely invoice payments, manage petty cash and assets, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Personnel and Event Administration:
- Maintain employee records, oversee payroll and benefits, assist with event registrations, and track membership dues and event revenue.
- IT and Miscellaneous Duties:
- Oversee IT services and upgrades, attend staff meetings and chamber events, and handle other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements for the Finance Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in accounting, or related field or equivalent experience in accounting.
- 3+ years of accounting experience required.
- Experience in QuickBooks required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
