We strive to balance our responsibility to support business partners with our responsibility to serve the long-term mission and sustainability of Meta and act as stewards of company resources.Meta is looking for a Finance Manager to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to partner with the Support (Care) Product and Operations organizations. These teams focus on providing support and caring for our users to ensure their experience is great, whether they are advertisers, businesses, creators, subscribers or community members. You will have the unique opportunity to act as both a financial business partner and advisor for Support end-to-end, covering both Product (Tech) and Operations organizations. This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-range plans, and partner with leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. Required Skills:
Finance Manager, Support (Care) Product and Operations Responsibilities:
1. Create business partnerships with Support (Care) Product, Engineering, and Operations leadership
2. Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
3. Build thoughtful, data-driven analyses to drive better investment decisions
4. Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights and reporting that will influence key decision makers to allocate resources more effectively
5. Drive nuanced ROI and impact frameworks across headcount, expense, and other investments
6. Help define and implement scalable financial processes to make us and our business partners more efficient
7. Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management
Minimum Qualifications:

8. 7+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics
9. BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
10. Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis
11. Leadership experience partnering and influencing various functional leaders across an organization including Product, Finance and Accounting
12. Experience evaluating business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and proposing and implementing solutions
13. Experience problem-solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time
14. Technical skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel

16. Experience with Oracle Financials and Hyperion Essbase and SQL
17. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Public Compensation:
$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
