Meta is seeking to fill a position on the RL Consolidations team, responsible for all facets of consolidated financial planning and analysis. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into Meta's business & operations and have broad impact within the Finance organization. You will work on high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and facilitate the growth of our financial & business planning processes to support an increasingly complex ecosystem. You will also contribute meaningfully to business planning & forecasting and support strategic projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions. Finance Manager, RL (Consolidation) Responsibilities:
- Drive high-impact strategic projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceptional outcomes that propel business growth.
- Provide clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities to the leadership team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive long range plans and budget plans that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Central HC Planning team, and other teams, to ensure alignment and drive effective execution of strategic initiatives
- Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes.
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers.
- Assist with management and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
- Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in interpreting complex data and communicating insights effectively
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel, Access, and financial planning tools like Essbase/Hyperion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-growth tech company or investment bank
- SQL experience
- MBA or MS in quantitative field
- Consolidation experience in a large company
- Detail-oriented and experience to multi-task and shift priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills and experience to distill vast amounts of information into a clear & concise story
- Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions with limited supervision
- Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end
