Finance Manager - Daley and Associates

Finance Manager - Rhode Island - Hybrid 

A prestigious PE firm is seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fund and will report directly to the Controller. 

Responsibilities:

• Review financial reports for accuracy 
• Work directly with third-party administrators
• Experience with waterfall calculations required 
• Support year-end audit processes 
• Manage capital call and distribution processes, including investor notifications
• Oversee credit facility drawdowns, repayments, and record-keeping
• Review quarterly management fee calculations and operating expenses
• Assist in investor correspondence
• Monitor weekly cash activities, support bank account opening and closing processes
• Assist in annual and quarterly regulatory filings
• Assist with quarterly NAV calculations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred 
• 4+ years of experience either in public accounting or in the alternative investment industry 
• Minimum 1+ year experience managing a team
• Strong technical and analytical skills, ability to work independently
