Job Summary: The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. This role will involve budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, as well as collaborating closely with other departments to support the financial health and strategic goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis: - Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts. - Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports. - Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making.
2. Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and guidelines specific to the healthcare sector. - Prepare and submit timely financial reports to management and regulatory bodies.
3. Cost Management: - Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. - Conduct financial modeling to evaluate the impact of potential business decisions.
4. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. - Facilitate financial training and education for non-financial staff.
5. Team Leadership: - Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Manage the performance and development of finance team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the healthcare or dialysis sector.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in healthcare.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Acumatica is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
