Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead financial reporting, accounting, planning, and analysis
Manage bookkeeping and customer invoicing processes
Coordinate budgeting, cash flow management, and expenditure tracking
Ensure accuracy of financial reports through collaboration with third-party consultants
Assist in accounts preparation and support annual audit activities
Conduct scenario analysis and evaluate alternative income generation models
Advise on risk management and identify future opportunities and threats
Support decision-making through business planning and policy development
Perform additional duties as directed by the CEO
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or accounting
5-10 years of experience in non-profit accounting
Thorough understanding of not-for-profit accounting standards and regulatory frameworks
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities
Knowledge of Special/Business Improvement Districts is a plus
