We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Finance Manager to join our team in the Healthcare Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our healthcare organization, including accounting, financial reporting, budgets, and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Finance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all financial operations of the healthcare organization, including the development and management of budgets, financial reporting, and accounting procedures.
2. Preparing and presenting accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3. Managing accounts receivable and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
4. Developing strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
5. Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
6. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting.
7. Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of our organization.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Finance Manager position, you must possess the following:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role within the healthcare industry.
2. Proven experience in healthcare accounting, including a thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
3. Proficiency in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
4. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and complex financial concepts to non-financial staff.
6. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions.
8. Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
