Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will provide essential support to various segments of our organization, offering insightful financial analysis and business partnering expertise. As a key member of our team, you will lead functions crucial to management reporting, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and specialized ad-hoc analyses. Your role will involve a deep understanding of operational requirements, including utilization, project profitability, pricing, and sales pipeline dynamics. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the month-end accounting close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial reporting.
Essential Functions:
- Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) for multiple Centers of Excellence (COEs), driving strategic financial decisions.
- Lead annual planning and monthly forecasting efforts, collaborating closely with COE Leads.
- Conduct comprehensive P&L reviews, analyzing variances and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Perform in-depth analysis of project and client profitability, contributing to informed business decisions.
- Facilitate monthly closing activities, including accruals, prepaids, work-in-progress assessments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Exercise control over Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and other operating expenses.
- Support COE leads in investment case development and Software (SW) deferrals.
- Track commissions and ensure accurate payouts.
- Provide support for M&A integration activities as needed.
- Undertake various ad-hoc projects and requests, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Five (5) to Seven (7) years of progressive experience in business analysis, accounting, and finance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with commercial and operational business leaders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with basic accounting knowledge including accruals and journal entries.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through teamwork and leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to adapt quickly to changing priorities and dynamic business environments.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Familiarity with healthcare, software, and/or consulting industries.
- Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in complex financial modeling techniques.
- Previous experience in a multinational, matrix organization.
- Strong understanding of monthly closing processes, budgeting, and forecasting requirements, particularly in a publicly traded company setting.

Please note that the potential base pay range for this role is $87,400.00 - $131,200.00 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on factors such as qualifications, location, and schedule. Additionally, incentive plans, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits packages may be offered depending on the position and individual circumstances.
