manager.
Join the City of Ferndale team as our new Finance Manager! We’re seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in finance, budgeting, and accounting to assist in our city’s financial operations. A The Finance Manager will assist the Finance Director in the oversight of finance personnel and general accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, planning, auditing, report creation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax reconciliation. If you’re a detail-oriented financial expert with a passion for public service, we want to hear from you! Three (3) years of progressively responsible finance experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity is preferred. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field is required.
