About Infinity Marketing Team: IMT is a fast-growing, dynamic company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for our clients. We are seeking a proactive Finance Manager with expertise in managing project-specific budgets and driving process improvements. This role will ensure efficient financial reporting and tracking, aligning internal processes with client needs while supporting broader strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Budget Management:
-Oversee the creation, tracking, and reporting of budgets specific to client projects.
-Work closely with project managers to maintain accurate forecasting and ensure financial accountability for all projects.
-Provide variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in project financials.
Financial Planning and Reporting:
-Manage the integration of project-specific financials into broader company budgeting and forecasting processes.
-Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance to stakeholders.
-Support leadership with insights into project profitability and cost management.
Collaboration and Business Partnering:
-Partner with project managers and department leads to ensure financial alignment with project goals.
-Act as a financial resource for teams, guiding them in aligning budgets with strategic priorities.
-Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate cost allocation and revenue tracking for projects.
Process Improvement:
-Champion the use of Helpdesk (ERP Integration Tool) for financial tracking, reporting, and client
communication.
-Work with teams to implement solutions that allow seamless internal tracking and client reporting without duplicating efforts or creating separate budgets.
-Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects:
-Support analysis of client budget usage to optimize resource allocation and billing practices.
-Assist with compliance and audit processes related to project financials.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
-5+ years of experience in FP&A or project finance roles, preferably in a professional services or project-based organization.
-Strong expertise in project budgeting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
-Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems; experience with Epicor, or similar tools is a plus.
-Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for collaboration, reporting, and analysis.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
-Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a focus on process improvement.
