Finance Manager (Corporate) 

A well-established hedge fund is seeking a Finance Manager to join the management company accounting team. This position will report directly to the Director of Finance, and is responsible for managing the firm’s financial operations and ensuring that reporting is timely and accurate. This is a hybrid in-office position and the firm is looking to pay between $110k-$140k plus a significant bonus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Manage the firm’s day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,

• cash management, and general ledger.

• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the firm’s accounting system.

• Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Qualifications: 

• 5-7 years of experience

• Public accounting background or experience working in the financial services industry

• CPA preferred

• Experience with or working knowledge of accounting systems
