Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and driven Finance Manager to support our Coreworks team within the Corporate Sales Finance division. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will collaborate closely with sales directors to enhance new deal performance and drive financial outcomes. This position offers a remote work opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze sales pro formas
- Offer costing insights to senior leadership in sales and operations
- Contribute to the development of new business deal strategies
- Complete client pricing templates
- Attend surveys and meetings to assist in large-scale deals
- Conduct pro forma training sessions at regional meetings
- Undertake additional ad hoc projects within the Finance department as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in Excel, with advanced knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with Access and VBA is advantageous
- Minimum of two years' experience in Finance, demonstrating progressive responsibility and managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to establish and meet goals and timelines efficiently
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across various organizational levels
- Industry experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
