Finance Manager 4

Location – Boston, Massachusetts, 02114

Duration – 9 Months Contract (high possibility of extension)

Job Description:

The nature of the work is focused on the monetary affairs of the company. Performs economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation, and investments. Determines progress against strategic plan, budget, and forecast. Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements and prepares reports on findings to make recommendations to management. Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, and other areas of business. Research economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning.

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 6 yrs; Masters + 7 yrs; Associate degree + 9 yrs; High School + 10 yrs. CMA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, ACMA

Assignment Requires:

Prior Experience in SG&A Management

Financial Background w/strong Financial/Planning Acumen

Previous experience setting targets & managing SG&A Budgets

Experience supporting multiple project teams with competing priorities

Will be managing SG&A Consolidation

Experience with Complex Organization

Must be a Self-Starter

Must be Excel Expert

Previous Project Management Experience a Plus

Previous A/P experience a plus

Previous Management Experience Helpful but Looking for an Individual Contributor for this role!
