We are looking for a Finance Manager to add to our team in Boston! The Finance Manager, WDMS Product will be responsible for financial planning and analysis to support and grow the business. Our digital media solutions help IR, PR and marketing pros tell their brand story and engage media, investors, employees, and all of their key stakeholders.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Prepare and review the annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts for the business unit's revenue and expenses
- Prepare and manage financial month-end close activities for the business unit
- Analyze monthly variances to provide insight into business results
- Partner with the sales and product management team to drive business strategies and initiatives
- Implement standard processes to help improve financial support and drive efficiencies for the business
- Support various ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of relevant financial planning experience
- Strong financial analysis skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Oracle, SmartView, TM1 a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in either Finance or Accounting is required
- CPA or MBA is preferred but not required
