Now recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing real estate firm in the Atlanta area. As part of their expansion, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in developing and building out the reporting and FP&A function, positioning the company for scalable growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze the performance of the company’s pool of assets, including investor positions, down to the individual asset level.
- Prepare and manage investor reporting for diverse audiences, ensuring clear communication of financial performance.
- Reporting to lenders and assisting with debt-related financial communications.
- Financial modeling to support business strategies and decisions.
- Play an integral role in developing and running the corporate cash model.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and support scalable growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or financial reporting within the real estate sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
- Expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and modeling - within the real estate industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to operate autonomously and solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and a solid understanding of how accounting integrates into finance career paths.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
