About the Role:
The Windstream Financial Leadership Program (“WFLP”) Administrator is a dynamic role responsible for organizing WFLP training and events to foster a collaborative, challenging and engaging work environment. This position is crucial in enhancing the culture through strategic training and event planning surrounding the internship program and WFLP. This position is based in Central Arkansas and will require some time working in our Little Rock office, including meetings with WFLP participants and other Windstream employees but many of the responsibilities can be performed while working from home. This is a part-time role with the potential to become full-time in the future.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract students for the summer internship program. This includes participating in annual campus events and interviewing processes.
- Coordinate mentorship opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Leadership Program events, including team-building activities, training sessions, Executive speaking engagements, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with Accounting & Finance leadership to ensure alignment of events with company goals.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and budget management, as necessary.
- Create, distribute, and manage event communications and gather post-event feedback.
