Finance Director at KBW Financial

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company within the non-profit industry in the greater Springfield, MA area that is searching for a Finance Director. Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can start immediately. This a direct hire opportunity. 

 

The responsibilities for the Finance Director will include but will not be limited to:

• Oversee all finance and accounting operations
• Financial statement prep and analysis
• Management of cash flow
• Oversee 403(b) audit
• Fixed asset management

 

The ideal candidate for the Finance Director should have experience that meets the following requirements:

• 7+ years experience in a relevant role
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Non-profit experience
• Bachelors degree required, CPA preferred
