About the Job
As a Finance & Business Management, Analyst for US Private Bank, you will help optimize performance and lead key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.
Job responsibilities
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and track team deliverables
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and business partners, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
- Engage front-office, support, and control functions to understand root causes of recurring issues, coordinate the execution of remediation's and seek the optimization of processes and controls
- Participate in risk reduction by monitoring & maintaining a sound control environment and supporting audit and regulatory reviews and initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Relevant work experience
- Ability to multi-task and organize work to meet deadlines across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Ability to deliver timely, high-quality presentations and reporting for various audiences
- Great analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Intermediate-level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
