Job Description: Job Overview:
Review, analyze, and input information from documents received from Client dealers into NFA during the credit application process. Identify and communicate inconsistencies with documentation to Retail Credit Management as well as the Fraud Prevention Team. Communicate with Client dealers to acquire documentation needed to fulfill requirements.
Responsibilities:
60%: Review, analyze, and input information from documents received from Client dealers into NFA during the credit application process.
15%: Review and request broker stipulations for Western Region funding processes
10%: Identify and communicate inconsistencies with documentation to Retail Credit Management as well as the Fraud Prevention Team.
10%: Work with Client dealers to acquire documentation needed to complete the application process.
5%: Provide support for Business Center Credit Analysts and Managers with various tasks, i.e. reporting and communicating daily information updates.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Candidate must show strong business acumen with ability to learn quickly, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
• The candidate must also possess the following:
- Detail oriented
- Strong work ethic.
• This person must be able to process a large volume of incoming documents effectively and efficiently.
• Good communication and written skills
• This person will communicate with dealers
• Effective time management skills
• Task Prioritization skills
