The Finance and Business Planning team enables Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute as effectively as possible. Meta is seeking to fill a position on the Reality Labs Consolidations team, responsible for all facets of consolidated Financial across Reality Labs. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into Meta's business & operations and have broad impact within the Finance organization. You will be closely involved with high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and facilitate the growth of our financial & business planning processes to support an increasingly complex ecosystem. You will also contribute meaningfully to business planning, forecasting and support ad hoc projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions. Successful candidates for this team have a bias towards action, are detail oriented, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know-how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.

Finance Associate - Reality Labs Responsibilities:
- Key contributor to providing the leadership team with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities.
- Driving quarterly close, forecast and day to day financial management, including coordinating with stakeholders
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers.
- Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting/SEC Reporting, Investor Relations, and other teams to drive scalable analyses and insights.
- Assist with management and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests
- Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
- Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, possessing proven analytical skills to drive insights and inform decision-making
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel, Access, and financial planning tools like Essbase/Hyperion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consolidations experience in a large company
- Detail-oriented and experience with multi-tasking and shifting priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines
- Extensive experience handling vast amounts of information and synthesizing a clear and concise story along with effective communication skills in multiple formats
- Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions with limited supervision
- Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end
