Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative tasks
• Maintain customer accounts and vehicle files
• Ensure timely payment collection
• Coordinate with service department for repairs
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Utilize ERP system for tracking
• Follow up on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate safety commitment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4 years of administrative support experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Experience with office equipment
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods
• Manual dexterity for data entry
