Our program delivers depth and real experience so that you can truly evaluate potential career paths within the work we do. **What we look for in our** **Financial Planning and Analysis Intern** **:** + Must be pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related. Sophomore student standing or higher preferred. + Availability in Summer 2025 (May/June start until August/September depending on school); part-time availability after Summer preferred + Must be 18 years of age or older + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and possess excellent follow-up skills + Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and work independently + Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, working knowledge of SharePoint preferred. **What are our Finance & Accounting Interns responsible for:** + Helping the Financial Planning & Analysis team draft, review and document financial processes + Assisting with month-end financial reports and building financial models + Assisting with designing and developing an internal SharePoint for data organization + Assisting with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports **If you're passionate about sustainability and want to work with our team to help solve the critical problems our industry and clients face, we invite you to apply.** _The hourly rate for this role is $22/hr_ _The McKinstry group of companies are equal opportunity employers.
