Security National Life is looking for a Market Sales Director in your area. Your job responsibilities will include supporting our existing final expense life insurance agents, expanding our agent base in Texas as well as training and developing new agents. Your job will help families make one of the most difficult days of their lives much more bearable.
SKILLS
- Final expense life insurance sales experience is required.
- A life insurance license in Texas is required.
- Recruiting experience is preferred.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Some overnight travel is required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and Leadership acumen
- Bilingual a plus. English and Spanish
COMPENSATION
- Base salary plus commissions, overrides, and renewals
- Company tech/expense package including tablet, iPhone, and American Express card
- Health, Dental, and Life Insurance Plans are available after 60 days
- 401K with company matching is available after 12 months
- Expected 1st year income is $60,000 to $90,000
- Expected 2nd year income $80,000 to $120,000
TRAINING AND PRODUCTS
We provide a training program to get you started in a short amount of time. We sell simplified issue life insurance products up to 90 years of age combined with a company sponsored lead program.
TIMELINE
This is an immediate full-time position. Qualified candidates can expect to be interviewed quickly. We are looking to hire someone as soon as possible.
LOCATION
Our ideal candidate will live in the Houston area
