Filling & Pouching Operator at Manpower

Our client, Baxter Healthcare is seeking Filling & Pouching Operators to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, adaptable and able to work as a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Filling & Pouching Operator

Location: Marion NC

Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.00/hour

What’s the Job?

• Set up and Operate Pouch and Filling Machines
• Fill and Assemble Containers with Product
• Maintain a steady production level and achieve goals
• Ensure labeling and fill accuracy to uphold quality standards
• Print labeling and apply to flexible containers

What’s Needed?

• HSD/GED preferred
• 1 year experience in manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift 15 lbs frequently
• Ability to understand written and safety qualifications, as well as review color differences
