Qualifications:

• At least two year in a clerical role, filing, or in data entry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft office 
• Strong computer and typing skills (35 WPM)
• Must be reliable and punctual
  
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Be positive and have a driven attitude
• Experience with CRM systems and best practices

Responsibilities 

• Retrieving monthly credit reports, ensuring credit reports are up to date and ready for processing
• Maintaining the accuracy of the files and documents.
• Processing inbound and outgoing mail
• Responding to requests from colleagues or external parties to locate and retrieve specific documents or files
• Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and documents. Ensuring documents are in the correct format
  
• Verifying paperwork & files. Making the necessary corrections as needed.
• Creates new files and provide the needed information on a clients file
• Performing periodic audits to ensure that files are up-to-date and complete
  
• Ensuring the integrity of records by making sure they are up to date, accurate, and free from mistakes/errors.
• Data entry, and Records tracking
• Looks for ways to improve filing systems
