FIELD TEST OPERATOR - Spherion

We're seeking a reliable and proactive Field Test Operator to help us evaluate and enhance our golf course lawn mower machines. If you enjoy working with equipment, have a strong understanding of small engines, and love tackling challenges, this role might be perfect for you! You'll be responsible for operating and testing prototype and production machines, maintaining basic performance logs, and providing valuable feedback to our team.

Responsibilities:
Test prototype, production, and competitor Lawn mowing machines in the field for golf courses
Inspect machines, take notes, and keep basic maintenance logs.
Share feedback about how the equipment performs with technicians, engineers, and managers.
Follow test plans and suggest improvements based on what you see in the field.
Do simple maintenance to keep the machines running smoothly.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Knowledge of basic mechanics for small engines preferably lawn mowers

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Someone who?s mechanically inclined and knows the basics of how small engines work.
A clear communicator, both in writing and talking.
Reliable, eager to learn, and ready to pitch in wherever needed.
Comfortable keeping simple logs and explaining what you?ve noticed about the machines.
