Field Test Engineer (NFC/UWB & Wireless)
As a Field and Lab Test Engineer for UFC/UWB and Wireless technologies, you’ll be troubleshooting and analyzing the performance of NFC/UWB and wireless connectivity in both lab and field environments. You will work closely with other engineers and technicians to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing results.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct testing and analysis of NFC and UWB and Wireless in both lab and field environments.
· Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing NFC and UWB with various products.
· Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for resolving them.
· Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and tools.
· Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing results.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and developments related to NFC and UWB.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in NFC, UWB and Wireless Technologies
· Experience with test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Willingness to travel to field sites for testing and data collection.
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Type: Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Cupertino, CA
Pay Rate: $40-$60/h (DOE)
