Field Technician at VBeyond Corporation

Job Qualifications:

• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery.
• Install, configure, and maintain telematics systems that monitor equipment performance and usage.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair off-highway construction machinery
• Provide technical support and training to operators, dealers and other technicians on the use of connected systems
• Perform software updates and calibrations on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with safety regulations and standards
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, including data from telematics systems
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions for equipment issues
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in off-highway machinery technology and telematics systems

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Expert knowledge of off-road, heavy equipment
• Strong understanding of different subsystems such as steering mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems etc..
• Ability to operate equipment
• Valid drivers license with good driving record
• Ability to travel
