As a Service Scheduler you will be responsible for the daily service routing and scheduling function as well as monitoring operational process compliance and productivity of service work. As a Service Scheduler, you will monitor and evaluate service quality and productivity standards as well as employee performance related to those standards.You will work closely with our Technicians and local leadership team to ensure that we provide a quality experience and that we meet and exceed our customer's expectations.

- Coordinates pre-installation activity with subcontractors and Ferrellgas field personnel.
- Communicates project status regularly.
- Draws site plans and submits final plans for permitting with drawings.
- Obtains files and follows up with permits for construction.
- Manages the construction process from start to finish including bids, customer negotiation, and permits.
- Acts as a mediator and liaison between customer, builder, contractor, and permitting agency.
- Establishes realistic, yet challenging, service standards by geographical area and job type.
- Provides a level of customer service that fosters customer satisfaction and positions the service center to grow and retain customers
- Coordinates resources and employee schedules with operations supervisors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and/or transportation.
- Excellent technical judgment and appreciable independent evaluation, creativity, and latitude in making decisions.
- Ability to develop, communicate, and execute detailed work plans that support operational improvements.
- High level of motivation, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mentality.
- Ability to formulate and direct data analyses pertaining to field operations processes to identify problems and resolutions.
- Demonstrate ability to devise innovative solutions to problems.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing chaotic environment and consistently meet tight deadlines.
