Field Technician from INSPYR Solutions

Title: Field Technician 
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Contract to Hire
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

We are seeking technicians capable of independently installing, terminating, and configuring access control devices, analog and IP cameras, NVRs, power supplies, and various cabling systems. The candidate will work alongside our field supervisors and other technicians on large projects but will also work independently on smaller projects to meet project milestones, both in new construction and retrofit environments, while ensuring quality, safety, and effective communication with project managers and other trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct onsite tasking to meet project timelines
• Install and configure access control devices, door hardware, and CCTV systems
• Manage cable and pathway installations for security systems
• Ensure quality control and safety on-site, and perform end-user training
• Maintain accountability for crew time entries and project deadlines

Qualifications:

• Certifications in two VMS and two access control systems
• Minimum one year of experience configuring physical security systems
• Two years as a Field Technician or equivalent experience
• Training in camera technology
• Strong leadership and communication skills
