Field Technician

Overview:

As a Field Technician, you play a crucial role in providing on-site support for our organization's technical infrastructure. Your responsibilities include tower installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for our clients. Your technical expertise and excellent communication skills will ensure the smooth operation of our systems and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to client locations to Tower installation Integration maintain, and repair equipment

Perform scheduled maintenance and testing on a variety of systems and equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and malfunctions

Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

Provide clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams

Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times

Manage and prioritize assigned tasks efficiently

Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues

Stay current with industry developments and advancements in technology

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a technical field preferred

Proven experience as a field technician or similar role

Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Solid understanding of safety and quality standards

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment

Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus. Candidate should complete the below certification before joining the job.

Certification is plus - OSHA30, BBP, RF Awareness, CPR/First aid& and any



other& Telecom related certifications.

Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular business hours as needed.
