Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Technician, you will:

Perform tasks related to all phases of commercial construction, including:
- Metal stud framing
- Drywall installation
- Layout and measurements
- Doors, frames, and hardware installation
Assist with on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Exhibit pride in your work with attention to detail and quality.
Collaborate with the team to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar construction role is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.
Proficiency in commercial construction techniques (metal stud framing, drywall, doors, frames, hardware) is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable transportation.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn.
Possesses basic and specialized tools required for the job.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position with regular hours and overtime potential.
