Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Field Technical Service Representative to join their team. As a Field Technical Service Representative, you will be part of the Technical Services Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Field Technical Service Representative

Location: Nashville, IL

Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000

What's the Job?

• Track line performance and quality trends to ensure optimal operations.
• Conduct technical troubleshooting related to color and appearance issues.
• Manage documented inventory and assist with line trials.
• Support new model color programs and provide customer complaint assistance.
• Maintain close communication regarding paint usage and trends with relevant specialists and managers.
