OVERVIEW: Statewide Remodeling Inc. seeks a dynamic, self-starting individual that demonstrates initiative and commitment as a Field Supervisor. Field Supervisor will provide support, manage jobs and provide solutions to effectively and efficiently meet Statewide business needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Lead projects in your region to installers - installing, repairing, scheduling, and removing projects
- Review job files upon receipt to ensure quality, accuracy and meet timetables
- Supervise jobs in accordance with company policies and procedures to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Provide oversight to crews with proper load out, ensuring correct materials are issued to jobs on a timely basis
- Manage subcontractors work performance and provide real time evaluation and separation if necessary
- Hire and terminate crew members if not meeting Statewide acceptable standards
- Ensure the work of sub-contractors for the project to meet Statewide’s specifications
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationship with customers
- Schedule directly with customer and through Production Coordinator, all necessary steps in job installation
- Initiate or suggest plans and attend all strategy meetings to meet project’s goals to ensure profitability
- Possess sound decision-making abilities and calm demeanor at job sites at all times
- Approve pay for install crew members and charge backs if necessary
- Schedule re-measures with customer, if needed
- Upon re-measure, make certain all measurements fall within Sales Representatives specified measurements
- Help to provide all necessary materials needed to obtain permits to Production Coordinator
- Assist staff and/or sub-contractors to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems
- Responsible for meeting department productivity and quality goal
- Maintain open communications with Production Coordinator, Sales Representatives and Managers
- Conduct walk through prior and after project with customers
- Update and timely input pertinent jobs information into Lead Perfection
- Collect completions and payments from customers
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Years of experience working in a home remodeling environment in a similar role
- Previous field management experience
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required
- Some weekends may be required;
- Travel throughout your market and on occasions outside of your market
- Extreme time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a patient and calming manner
- Team player with the ability to take on more and grow with the role and company!
EDUCATION:
H.S. Diploma or GED;
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physical Demands: While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to move around, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. This is an administrative/managing position, not hands-on installation.
Work Environment: The work is performed in an office setting and in the field at job sites. While in the office, the noise level is moderate. While in the field at a job site, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level is normally moderate.
Dress code: Casual attire. Dirty or sloppy clothing is not acceptable.
Schedule: Monday through Friday. 40 hours per week Actual schedule to be determined by supervisor/manager
