Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Superintendent position include:

Proven experience in exterior storefront glazing, exterior curtain wall glazing, and other commercial glazing projects.
Strong technical knowledge and self-reliance, with the ability to manage multiple sites daily.
Excellent motivational skills and a solid understanding of commercial project management.
Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control and timely completion.
Minimal overnight travel; typically on-site from 7 AM to 3 PM.
Utilizing project management tools like Monday.com (not required but a plus).

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with 1.5x overtime pay and 2x pay for holidays and Sundays.
