Are you a problem solver who likes adventure? Our field crews tackle the root of the problem nationwide! We are now looking for a new Root Control crew member to join our team based out of the Oklahoma City, OK area.
This is a traveling position of at least 75% of the time in and out of state.
We are also offering a one-time $1,500 milestone bonus for all field new employees paid out in two (2) increments over the first 12 months!

What You Will Do:
Our crews are the true backbone of our company. As a Field Service Technician on the Root Control Team, you will be the one servicing our customers by applying our exclusive Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-registered herbicide to control nuisance tree roots in sanitary sewer line collections. You will be providing these services driving to and from various treatment locations while also representing the Company and our services on a professional level.

- Are at least 21 years old
- Have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR record
- Are willing to undergo a DOT physical and drug screen and a background/MVR check
- Are able and willing to travel nationally at least 75% of the time (business travel expenses are paid + per diem)
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 65 lbs. of equipment and tools from vehicle to problem area several times per day
- Walking on uneven ground and through shrubbery, bushes, etc.
- Must be able to crawl and kneel in access areas
- Must be able to lift and remove manhole covers and/or enter confined spaces
- Must wear all required PPE (boots, hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, ear protection, mask)
- Must be able to tolerate occasional exposure to extremes in temperature, humidity or wetness, and excessive noise
- All tasks must be able to be successfully completed with or without accommodations
